We keep things pretty simple in our Little Free Library, and don’t really play around with the books much; people give and take books all the time, so the stock is constantly changing without much input from me. However, we do like to do special things for children sometimes; for example, we filled the library with Roald Dahl books for Roald Dahl Day, and put Christmas themed books out during December. During the past year, I’ve been saving all the Halloween related books that have been donated, waiting to put them out at the appropriate time…well, that time is fast approaching! Here are some of the fifty books that will be going in the Little Free Library during the last two weeks of October; tales of goblins, ghosts, witches, monsters, vampires and other spooky stories.

What a great haul of donated books, the kids are going to love it! I never thought of doing seasonal themes to donate to our little library. What a great idea and I still have plenty of time to shop the thrift stores, thank you for sharing.
