Freeland Little Free Library

This is about our Little Free Library in Freeland, Oxfordshire, UK. This community project was grant aided by West Oxfordshire District Council.

100 thank you’s

A couple of weeks ago, I was outside tidying the library, when a member of our community approached me and said he had a few children’s books that he’d like to donate to the Little Free Library. Well, this afternoon he stopped by with 100 books! These will keep the children’s section of the Little Free Library stocked for quite some time! A hundred thank you’s to him and his family. It is wonderful that such generosity means these books will be re-used, read and enjoyed by so many children in the village.

Love that you have “sections” in your free little library. 🙂

Thanks! It’s been a useful way to separate the kids books and adult books.
